We are pleased to offer the ease and convenience of online reservations. If you would like to make a reservation within 2 days contact us. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have regarding our services, accommodations or online booking process... we are happy to help! There are 5 cabins, 2 attached field cabins, 2 detached lodge cabins & the detached corn crib. Your cabin will be assigned upon check-in. Groups occupying two cabins will be placed next to each other.
Our policy is group booking (one or more equals a group). Individual billing is not available. Arrange payments within your group and have your group leader make your reservation using our online reservation system. Please make every effort to book your initial reservation as a complete group. There is $5 fee per guest to add guests to an existing booking.
You may NOT book multiple cabins for groups of 8 or less. Please use 1 cabin for groups of 8 or less to leave availability for other guests. This policy allows us to offer Private Accommodations (Not Shared). Charit Creek Lodge is a communal experience, with private accommodations for your group. We are not set up nor able to operate by splitting your group across multiple cabins.
~ There is a 2 guest per cabin minimum for the attached Lodge Cabins on weekends (Friday & Saturday Night).
~ There is a 4 guest per cabin minimum for the detached Field Cabins on weekends (Friday & Saturday Night).
~ There is NO minimum for the Corn Crib.
Vegetarian meals are available. They are determined by what is on hand or in season. To order a vegetarian meal (includes eggs), specify in the notes during the booking process. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gluten or lactose free meals. All meals are prepared and served family style. Please be punctual for meal time, the kitchen closes 1 hour after serving time. You may NOT schedule a personal meal time. Free sack lunch is included with multiple night stays (i.e 2 nights = 1 sack lunch, 3 nights = 2 sack lunches, etc.)
