Located just 2 hours north of Knoxville and about 2.5 hours east of Nashville, the lodge is perfectly situated for a unique weekend escape. The hike in is moderate to strenuous, but short. It winds down into the valley along rock outcroppings and through old forest. The horse/bike trail is gravel and there is ample parking in the lot for trailers. Check- in is 3pm EASTERN STANDARD TIME, but we are happy to keep watch on your items while you explore. Just let us know! From here, the trail begins its upward ascent, passing beneath high bluffs until it reaches the North Arch. The North Arch has a clearance of 51 feet, a span of 93 feet and its deck is 62 feet high; South Arch has a clearance of 70 feet, a span of 135 feet and its deck is 103 feet high.
