BEAR AWARENESS

Bears are prevalent in Big South Fork and active in the area of Charit Creek Lodge.  Bears have become the subject of intense management efforts, so they do not have to pay for human mistakes with their lives.  If you see a bear please inform us so we can file an observation report with the Park.  Learn more here Black Bears in the Big South Fork.
