Payment Policy - Full payment is required including sales tax at time of reservation. All rates are subject to state and local taxes of 14.25%.
Booking Policy - All reservations through our on-line booking system must be made within 48 hours, due to the remoteness of the lodge. For immediate availability inquire via our Contact Us page. Our policy is group booking. Individual billing is not available, arrange payments within your group and have your group leader make your reservation using our online reservation system. Please make every effort to book your initial reservation as a complete group. There is a 10% fee to add guests to an existing booking.
Cancellation/Re-Scheduling - Payments are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. We are not responsible for the weather or weather related conditions, weather conditions do not change the terms of the cancellation policy. You may re-schedule within one year of your initial reservation.
A 15% re-scheduling fee will be charged to guests if reservations are cancelled/re-scheduled within 30 days of reservation.
Gratuities - are not included and greatly appreciated by our hard working staff.
NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND - promotional coupons and tax exemptions must be used at time of booking.
